Unable to replicate. Tried with all stances. Tried cancelling and re-ordering. Tried all the available cells.

There's nothing unusual about that reactor compared to the others, or about Atomic Reactors in general.

Will need more info.

You can also just force fire to shoot the reactor if needs be.
