Quick question about the tracker:

• What FPS can be expected on an RTX 4090 with a camera input?
• Could it run on single-board computers like Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi, or would latency be too high?

Thanks a lot for checking out our work and for the questions. This repo is a research reference that demonstrates ViStream's ability to cut spike counts while preserving accuracy. We did not include GPU optimizations for sparsity, so the current PyTorch code path is not throughput-optimized and runs slower than the hardware could ultimately achieve. FPS measured from this code would therefore not be representative of the method's ceiling.
We are working toward speedups on general hardware utilizing the spike sparsity. We'll share updates when those pieces are ready. Thanks again for your interest and support!
