False Availability, and suggestion to fix.

I have a problem where I can have my PC off for a while, and my internet can die while it's off, but it records as fully available.
I also have a problem where for the time I've been on, I could have like 10 minutes online 30 minutes offline and it says 80%+ availability, when it's more like 25%.
Having it record when the monitor is unable to receive data would be nice. Would help solve the false information issue.

Also, can we add version tracker to log so we can tell what version logged what? (I don't like erasing my log.) Thanks!

I'll take a look into this later, but in the next version there will be an ability to import/export the log, so you can conduct short tests and restore your previous "long" version of the log #149
