Allow user to limit API results

Add a "limit" parameter to let the user get a smaller number of results (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35432985/django-rest-framework-override-page-size-in-viewset)

That is also needed for vuetable and the new interface (remember to change query-params: https://github.com/ratiw/vuetable-2/wiki/Overriding-Default-Query-String)

This is not implemented. I think we have a workaround for vuetables so it is not critical

Using your piece of code:

class StandardResultsSetPagination(PageNumberPagination):
    page_size_query_param = 'limit'

I was able to attribute the limit parameter to all the 19 views present ,such as :

class CountryView(generics.ListAPIView):
    """
    List countries referenced on IHR. Can be searched by keywordX.
    """

    queryset = Country.objects.all()
    serializer_class = CountrySerializer
    filter_class = CountryFilter
    pagination_class = StandardResultsSetPagination
