Fix Weaviate cloud to cloud connexion for deployed app

Problem : The deployed application fails to retrieve data from Weaviate Cloud using gRPC. This issue does not occur locally — it is specific to the production deployment.

Local: Working
Deployed (Cloud): Fails intermittently on retrieval

Root cause
We are currently using the Weaviate Sandbox version, which has performance limitations and may result in gRPC timeouts during cloud-to-cloud communication.

Solution

Migrate from the Sandbox version to a dedicated Weaviate Cloud instance with higher ressources

It's a problem linked to the fact that we use a sandbox (free version) for weaviate cloud !
