KFModTool.exe Launch Error

Hello, I wanted to report on an issue using the Windows build of the tool, for some reason it gives me this error whenever I try to launch it (tried as an administrator as well)

I know this is a year late, but I found the solution for my machine 😄
https://packages.msys2.org/packages/mingw-w64-x86_64-gcc-libs

Downloaded and replaced the dlls in the KFModTool directory with the ones from Mingw's gcc. I was able to open the .tar in Windows Explorer in Windows 11 to get the dlls needed.
