Support for MKH Modules

I recently bought a 17070 model and it seems to have a "MKH4.0" module which is different to the normal MK4.0 modules.
According to https://github.com/marcelkottmann/mkh-controller, it seems to implement a more "normal" BTLE interface.

Would be nice to have support for those modules implemented.

...and you're shure to be in the right repo - or did you mean the brickcontroller2 app to control your model with a playstation controller?

Can you tell me what are you planning to do?

Till now I don't use the code in this repo (mkconnect-python) by myself - so it's not my favorit.

My implementation (for the MK6 and MK4 modules) are using a one-way bluetooth communication (-> advertising).

What I've seen at Marcel's description is a two-way bluetooth communication using characteristics - that's a completly different thing.

...and without having such a module it's not possible to reverse engineer - buy me the model and I#ll try...! ;)

you're right, its a different aproach, more kind of BLE "standard" compared to the MK4 and MK6 modules.
For the repo, yes I really like this one as I am using Raspberry Pi Pico's and this works great for the MK4 modules I have.
I even made some code and PCB layout to basically replace the MK Blocks with a Pico + Motor Drivers.

I drafted and tested some code already for the MKH4.0, maybe I will make a fork of yours or create my own repo because I really would like to control all my blocks with a single library.

What's really interesting, this module seems to be not used often by Mould King Models, couldn't find a second set on a quick search, neither the module itself. Not sure if its because its newer then the others and will show up more often in the future.

Did you recognize my async branch?

At the moment I'm playing around with the microbit and I'm working on extensions to control the MK6 and MK4.

I'm using the Super:bit expansion board for BBC micro:bit.
