Component data availability #51
Description
We need to make data like the Xanthos basin mappings generally available (for example, if a further analysis module needs it). One possibility is to have components export metadata/mapping information as additional capabilities. Another is to have a python package that just provides this data to any other packages (including Xanthos) that would want to use it.
