Make Header, Footer, and Home Page Responsive

The header, footer, and home page are not fully responsive on screens smaller than 768px (tablet and mobile). The layout breaks or becomes hard to navigate.

Tasks:

• Header: Implement a responsive navbar that collapses into a hamburger menu on mobile devices.
• Footer: Ensure proper alignment and stacking of footer elements on smaller screens.
• Home Page: Refactor the layout for smooth resizing and readability on mobile devices.

Expected Behavior:

• Header collapses into a mobile-friendly format.
• Footer and home page content adapt correctly to smaller screens (tablet/mobile).

Target Devices:

• Tablet (below 768px)
• Mobile (375px and below)
