V7.13 Release Doesn't Contain Compiled Mod, Just Source

The V7.13 release for the mod doesn't contain the actual mod .zip, just the source .zip and .tar.gz , rendering it unusable unless the user has the tools and knowledge required to compile the source code themselves.
