[Bug] RATools crashes from unhandled exception: An ItemsControl is inconsistent with its items source #576
Description
Had this happen twice in a row when trying to update some local achievements. Using RATools v1.15.2.0. Attached two error logs, although I'm not sure if there's a significant difference between the two.

To reproduce: I had some achievements that I was reworking. Tried to right click and Update Local on one of these achievements locally, namely any of those with the filled in dot.
I right click and Update Local on the first one, and it works fine. I right click and Update Local on any other one, and RATools crashes. The update does seem to persist, so I am able to (very slowly) go through and update everything I want to locally. However, this seems to consistently crash on trying to update the second achievement. After trying this process a few times, as I whittled down the number of achievements I needed to update this crash stopped happening, so it could be related with having a larger number of achievements that can be updated locally.
It's worth noting that this only started happening basically as of writing this bug report; up until now it's worked without presenting this particular crash.
