When I want to search for doctors, reassume me that you aren't tracking my location, because this is something I worry about

Add a notice to the homepage that we aren't tracking people’s location, and that their searches aren't logged.

On Monday, July 4 I mentioned this to SSI staff and they liked this idea. So this is definitely a good idea.
