How can one actually install the app globally ?

There are a bunch of files along with the executable when I download the release however I cant just copy firestation binary to my /usr/local/bin it just fails executing. Is there any way of installing this globally ?

Same question. I just downloaded the Linux version, a zip file, extracted a bunch of files, and the executable doesn't even run.
