Adding CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file

I suggest adding a Code of Conduct file to the project repository.

A Code of Conduct helps in:

1.Defining standards for how to engage in a respectful and inclusive way.
2.Setting clear expectations for behavior from all contributors.
3.Making the community more welcoming and professional.

This will help establish a healthy and collaborative environment as the project grows.

Since this issue was kind of assigned to both of us, I was wondering if it would be possible to merge our efforts into a single PR. @AnushkaChanda, maybe you could review my PR and add any additional sections you'd like to include for the Code of Conduct? That way, we can consolidate our contributions and avoid duplication.
