Description

@Harshipilot

Hi! I’m Harshith Gowda, a contributor at GirlScript Summer of Code 2025, and I’d love to contribute to this project by adding interactive and visually appealing graphs to showcase city-wise pollution data using Streamlit.

📊 Proposed Visualizations:

📈 Line charts for AQI trends over time

📊 Bar charts to compare pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, NO₂, CO) across cities

🌡️ Heatmaps for visual pollution intensity (if location data is available)

🧁 Pie/donut charts showing pollutant composition per city

⚙️ Tech Stack:

Streamlit (native chart elements)

Plotly or Altair for enhanced interactivity

Pandas for data transformation & filtering

🎯 Goals:

Improve UX with clear, insightful visuals

Add filters: city, date range, pollutant type

Match current UI design and theme

Ensure responsiveness across devices

🙌 Request:

Please assign this issue to me. I’d be happy to work on it and contribute meaningfully to the project.
