Compass doesn't build any styles on Windows 7 x64

I created a new project with Compass, but it's not working, it's not generating the CSS files into the folder.

I'm not getting an error. I already updated my Java and installed Ruby 2.2.0 x64.

This same version works on Linux Mint Rebecca without any problems.
