Some windows get skipped

I think this is already known, I remember some discussion about it. But for tracking purposes:

There should normally be two due-east windows per day; maybe sometimes just one depending on lattitude. But there shouldn't ever be a full day without a window.

And it's not a one-off. Something peculiar to the time of year? date is 1954-12-02, launch site is RSS KSC

I've also noticed that sometimes while its warping to the first window, a much sooner first window will actually appear before the warp is complete.
