Warping affects the heat flux #19

The heating system is extremely inconsistent, you can see in this short clip that even 2x physics warp changes the radiative flux massively:

As for on rails warp, the effects are still inconsistent but its not really clear in what way, in the linked discussion there are many clues of what is wrong, but hard to tell why, an example:
the part temperature after months spent warping in deep space is lower than the reported kerbalism temperature, even tho the part was also facing the sun and the vessel wasnt unloaded.
