UMA V1.0 patch release to account for lessons learned out of the gate. Themes and priorities: - Timeline predictability and minimization of disruption for V1.0 implementers - Efficiency, speed, and accuracy in spec revisions - Issue solution consistency with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect where possible - Prioritize blocking (can't implement properly) and critical (high chance of misunderstandings or divergent understandings leading to interoperability problems) issues first, and low-impact, non-breaking technical and spec issues second, and then any others as warranted, in the time allotted.
