Bioconductor Package Failure and risk of deprecation

We would like to bring to your attention that your package is failing in both Bioconductor release and devel and has been for an extended period of time.

This is very problematic. Please fix your package in the next few weeks to avoid deprecation and removal of the package. This will need to be corrected on both the RELEASE_3_22 branch and devel branch on git.bioconductor.org. @lshep I have fixed the bug that was causing the build to fail and pushed my changes to here, BIOC devel, and RELEASE_3_22 with associated version bumps.
