It's fancinating to integrated all kinds of miRNAs' resources.
The internet based will highlight the query speed, especially for researchers in China.
So, are there local databases like 'org.Hs.eg.db' for search ?
I had suffered with error 'transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining'.

@gnilihzeux I'm sorry for the delayed response. Initially this was created with a local copy. It was large and made keeping the databases updated more problematic. Also some databases required getting approval to use and we don't have approval to distribute the database as a whole. Off the top of my head, I think maybe we can store the results on the webserver for a short period of time (a week) which would allow you to resume a download that gets interrupted. Do you think that would work?
