Correspondence between input images

Hi there, I wanted to ask about how do you score the correspondence between two images?
In the limitation part of your paper, Figure 11, stated that "Some relatively unsuccessful cases where the correspondence between two images is not clear enough."

Do you use any calculation or index to determine the correspondence? If not how do you clearly determine them?

In our work we do not quantitatively evaluate the correspondence, but I think you might evaluate it using some correspondence matching methods.
Besides, some new image morphing work like AID (https://arxiv.org/pdf/2403.17924) and FreeMorph (https://openreview.net/pdf?id=7eoN0PpKtc)?id=7eoN0PpKtc) have mitigated this limitation a lot and can morph between highly different images, you might check their paper for more details.
