My Wii U Pro Controller refuses to pair (error 1060 services 2)

WiinUPro refuses to sync my Wii U Pro Controller. It shows "Pairing Not Completed Code 1060 (Services 2)" when I do try to sync it. It shows up in the Bluetooth devices list, but after I "sync" it, the controller refuses to work with my computer.

The controller does work fine by the way, since I have used it with my Wii U and Ubuntu earlier.

I'm unsure if setting the HID service is still necessary or not, it has shown to break for some. I need to revamp the Bluetooth connection stuff which is a bit of undertaking.
