Shortcuts are reset on every restart of the IDE

This makes the plugin completely useless since I only wanted the numbers, not the shortcuts...

Thankfully I think this bug can be easily fixed by removing this line: https://github.com/Khande/TabNumberIndicator/blob/release/src/com/khande/idea/plugin/tabnumberindicator/TabNumberIndicatorAppComponent.java#L77
