[Improment] some stuff i think is nice to add/change

1. Make the item attractor to have a radius adjuster
2. Add support to chisel and bits
3. Add a block breaker that has support of filter and speed uppgrades
4. Add a block placer that has support of filter and speed uppgrades
5. Add uppgradable item box and energy cell( 2 times for each tire, up to 4 tiers)
