Does the author need to train the image restoration model by himself? Is there a trained one that can be tested directly?

Thanks for taking interest in my work. To answer your question, yes, one needs to train the models. As a warning we didn't manage to get good results with the current models in the repo, so please use it just as a guide for the core algorithm.
