Extend SRAD image filter for ND #158
Description
itk::SpeckleReducingAnisotropicDiffusionImageFilter is currently implemented to compute gradients/divergence in a 2D local neighborhood regardless of the dimension of the input image. The filter can be extended to estimate diffusion in ND neighborhoods, such as for speckle denoising in 3D volumes.
