Lack of understanding for some files created by NiW

After running the NiW code using the Disease Analysis notebook as an input, some files are created:

• percent0.txt
• percent20.txt
• temp0.txt
• temp20.txt

But the content of all of them is: [ ]

Are these files really necessary?

I incorporated them in case the user wants to edit them, but does not know how/to make it easier to edit code. In the case where a coder writes
arr = [453,265,16,8,9,3,]
in this case, the user can easily edit the array as necessary; thus making it easier on the user. It's basically like parameters, but not with the fundamentals (string, boolean, int, etc)
This works on not just arrays, but any creation of a built in object that does not require a method because the object will be a string that needs to be able to be transferred into an object.
