Explain TrueMultimer logs better #459
Description
The log from TrueMultimer feature generation may look a bit mysterious due to:
- the random 4 character PDB file names
- templates duplicated four times
Users may interpret that sth is wrong (e.g. wrong templates were used)
Maybe add some info logs then like:
INFO: Renaming the templates to four character names.
INFO: Repeating the template four times to increase template influence on modeling.
