For an element cell with a height of 72 (arbitrary unit) its width would be 60 and going down the stuff inside the cell would be like this:

• Gap, height 3
• Element name, height 7
• Gap, height 5
• Atomic number, height 8
• Gap, height 6
• Atomic symbol, height 21
• Gap, height 9
• Atomic mass, height 7
• Gap, height 6

I might reduce the height of atomic mass and element name by one for top and bottom borders with a height of 1
