I'm trying to add volumetric clouds and scatterer to JNSQ, but its... off

Basically, I was adding scatterer and blackrack's clouds to JNSQ, but right off the bat, I realized that it didn't exactly work. The sky still looked bland like stock, and it became more noticeable after I added the clouds...

Modlist: I used the JNSQ scatterer configs on the Forums and the cloud configs as well.

I also somehow managed to get them working without scatterer lmao
