Splashdown SFX does not work when Scatterer mod is installed.

The sound effect of a craft landing in water is silent and does not work when I have the scatterer mod enabled.

I believe it may have to do with Deferred also being installed. No issue with no mods installed. No issue with Scatterer installed by itself. No issue with all my other mods installed w/o Scatterer. No water sound when all are mods installed, including Scatterer and Deferred.
