Add step to open configuration

Step 8 in that section talks about creating a new configuration. Later in the exercise you have to use that configuration and it is incomplete. It is missing Tags, the UI reference and the Temperature Chamber Model configuration.
Recommend that we add a step between 8 and 9 here to File >> Open the configuration file in the hands on and start from there.
