#5 Inserted wiring images into Course Manual

Inserted the images from wiring diagrams into the Course Manual
Since we have two options, one for Pico and one for Radxa, these were
inserted in collapsible blocks.

Also changed the reference to the See Index at the beginning to display
See Set-up Instructions to be consistent with the naming we are using
