Consider moving SARA status, date of listing and GIC decision to separate row #2
Description
These are really a separate document/event from an SR or RS so they should be on their own row. Or if we move to a relational data base they would be a separate table. That would be better because there would be many not applicable columns if the we stick to the current single table format.
