Sex ratio should be used in calculation of female replacement rate?

If you change the sex ratio in the additional model parameters for the scenario it doesn't affect the bar graph because it divides by 2 without using the parameter. Probably that should be incorporated but need to double check that it is the same sex ratio eg ratio of male to female calves at recruitment vs male to female adults...
