initialScrollAtEnd/initialScrollIndex not working in Android

Package version: 3.0.0-beta.22
if initialScrollAtEnd is enabled the LegendList is not scrolled to end
Also using intitialScrollIndex is not working correctly
This is only in Android, in iOS it works correctly

Can you share a repro that I can test? This has been the hardest problem to solve, and I've fixed a ton of cases. If you've found a case that's not working right, I need an example I can test in order to fix it.

Even tho the issue was partially fixed
Removing the SafeAreaView parent from the keyboard example causes the same problem
