Sample (13 Should Update) update from scratch

Steps:

Copy 13 should update to a local folder.
Delete all the file from 13 should update but readme.md (readme will remain).
Copy sample 03 to sample 13 update (all but the readme.md).
Follow the steps on the readme.md (13) and recreate the sample (it starts from sample 03).
Ensure we are using best practices.
Ensure we are using all the right libraries and dependencies.
Once done raise a pull request.
