10 HotLoader does not work

Sample 10 HotLoader does not work (fresh install, no changes made on my end). When a change is made in the code, the hot loader does not update the app in the browser. I have to refresh the page. Any ideas please how to fix this?

@jakub2 What changes did you do? Could you create a step by step summary about how to reproduce it?

@crsanti @nasdan I did not change anything. Simply checkout this repo and run npm install and then npm start and you will see that when you update a component, the hot reload will happen ONLY in the console, but you will NOT be able to see the change in the actual component UNLESS you hit hard refresh (F5). Let me know if you can reproduce it.
