🦟 RECEIVE: No visual cue for wait time on submit

🦟 No loading micro-animation or micro-acknowledgement from system that the form has been submitted (i.e. the submit button has been clicked). 4 out of the 16 submissions I entered lagged when I clicked "Submit." I ended up clicking a bunch of times and might have accidentally created blank entries? Happy to help with designing the micro-animation!
