Scrolling mouse wheel rapidly makes a beep noise sometimes.

```sc config beep start= disabled``` does not appear to fix this.

Setting the pump loop to have a Sleep(0) which I used to use, appears to resolve this.

Using a Window app with WndProc would probably be better.
