"Dump util" remaining on Home Menu after crash, not removable #127
Description
After attempting to dump one of my PSN games via itemzflow (1.13 on etaHEN 2.5b), it gave a few errors and then the system crashed. Now I permanently have a "FG dump util" on the dashboard that I can't remove, and it's also corrupting the menu randomly. Any ideas how to get rid of it? It's supposed to be auto-removed when starting itemzflow, but it just.. stays. I can't press Option on it either to remove, I only get the option to "keep on home menu" and info, no delete option.
