Show play progress

I have a question about showing tracks progress bar while it plays. Is it possible to color only bar in some different color (like a pale red)? But not a whole rectangle overlay? I have bars with some color (white, fore example), this color has opacity. While track plays it will be good to redraw each bar into the strong white color without any opacity there.
