Description
The SheafSystem supplies a wrapper file std_xxx.h for each C++ standard header file xxx. These files were necessary (long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away) to resolve certain portability problems caused by different compiler implementations. There is no longer any need for them (I think!) and they should be removed.
