Hi @jiyonghao-cpu,

I’ve been using TEPID recently as well and had the same question. I’m not sure if you’ve already figured it out, but just in case it’s useful for others:

• The first three columns correspond to the genomic coordinates of the TE insertion site.
• The next three columns represent the coordinates of the corresponding reference TE (the element in the reference genome that is inferred to have mobilized to the insertion site described in the first three columns)
