Dataset and Link Issues

Thank you for the excellent work. I am really excited to try this eval out!

It seems many of the links on the README.md are 404 (i.e the website, hf data, and data). Additionally, the paper links link to the ChineseSimpleQA READMEs and the arXiv link is invalid.
