[1.21.1] Make sand and gravel -> Jade integration configurable

Some sand and gravel blocks refuse to break, they disappear and immediately reappear. If I go into creative to check them out, it says "You can not break Lootr chests in creative unless you crouch.". So at the very least I know it's Lootr, but I'm not 100% sure on if there's a setting I'm missing or if this is something that can be covered on your end.

This is a feature of recent Lootr builds: Lootr suspicious blocks, suspicious sand and suspicious gravel. These are actually suspicious blocks, not sand and gravel blocks.

Oh, ok thanks! So the issue is Jade is not reporting these blocks as the suspicious variants. Is there anyway to disable these blocks from being handled by Lootr?

Actually, an issue was filed to explicitly allow Jade to not report them as suspicious variants. I might change this to a client-side configuration.

There is a data pack to disable suspicious block conversion, which works, but I've had issues getting the shipped data packs to actually apply properly. Hopefully I'll have it sorted soon.
