Idea: limit maximum deflection from prograde during launch, to reduce flipping of aerodynamically unstable rockets

Idea: more efficient burns with limited ignitions - throttle down if time to apoapsis exceeds 1 minute

Kerbalism, boostback: instead of waiting until burnout, preserve ignitions by detecting when little fuel (<5s?) is left, then detach and throttle to 1%.
