Unable to upload PDF files of various sizes (up to 22MB) and via website link

Unable to upload PDF files of varying sizes (22MB, 11.3MB, and 9.3MB) to the repository.
All attempts to upload these files have failed.

Since the upload is done through file path but not like object.

Additionally, uploading via a website link was also unsuccessful.

Please @sivasurend investigate the file upload limitations or possible bugs preventing PDF uploads, and provide guidance or solutions for handling large file uploads.
