GEDI Subsetter 0.12.0 released

GEDI Subsetter 0.12.0 was released with the following updates:

• Added "requester pays" flag for reading granule data files from S3. This was recently blocking jobs from subsetting L2 due to LP DAAC enabling "requester pays" to their bucket hosting L2 granule files.
• Added tolerated_failure_percentage input to control percentage of individual granule failures to tolerate before failing a job. Default tolerance is 0 (i.e., fail fast), thus any single granule failure will immediately fail the job.

This does not require any user code change other than bumping to version 0.12.0 in your job submissions.
